After I bought a chinese Mk1 board, and tried your software, I found your website, and understood that in order to run more than 25 lines, I have to buy a license. In my country this license is, due to currency conversions, a bit expensive (about half a monthly minimum sallary final cost), but the software seems to be very good, so I'm willing to buy it. I have two boards, one being used, and one spare. The second was sent after the first seemed lost in post, after 3 months the seller sent me a second one. Eventually both arrived. I don't agree to call it 'counterfeit', as the Mk1 seems to be open to everyone who wants to DIY it, but anyway I'm aware the Mk1 sold in this website has better quality and reliability.
My question is: If I buy a licence, then later my board eventually dies, is my licence restricted to that board, or I could use it (and receive the activation key for) with the spare board I have, or even a MK-2, 3 or 4 I buy from you? Hi, I've been caught out by the chinese cloners as well and would like to buy the proper licence. Having read your board I tried the firmware update and the controller code and serial number were stable. I'm aware that it may not be as well supported as one of your proper boards but just can't afford to buy an extra board and a licence. When I buy the licence I presume I need to supply the controller board code and serial number, do I just do this in the extra info bit in the checkout or will I be taken to an extra page post check out?
